Identifying Configurations
Select a problem from the list on the right. When the Show Problem button is pressed a structural formula will be displayed in the drawing window. If the structure has a stereogenic center, assign the configuration as R or S. If the structure is achiral, check that button. To evaluate your answer click the Check Answer button; numbers indicating the CIP priority order of substituents at the stereogenic center will be displayed (1 = highest priority, 4 = lowest).
